HOW WE SHIP
Our plants are packaged with extreme care and sent out each week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 
Update as of October, 2023: we now offer a choice between express or standard postage. We ask that you take into consideration the plants you are purchasing when selecting your postage method, as some plants need to be sent express
 
DOMESTIC ORDERS 
Unfortunately, without external arrangements made by the buyer, we are unable to ship to Tasmania, NT & WA due to quarantine requirements. Please feel free to reach out for more information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are happy to send our plants to international customers. All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post and will be shipped at an appropriate rate and cost depending on the size of the items ordered, resultant package size and nature of the items ordered. All plants are extremely well packed and should reach their destination in an appropriate timeframe. Some items do not travel well and we ask our customers to take the type of plant you're ordering into consideration when placing your order. Typically cactus and tougher plants fare very well during transit, but leafy or tropical plants may not. 
RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND ANY DELAYS OR DAMAGE INCURRED DURING INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE DUE TO THE NATURE OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND POTENTIAL DELAYS. 
Please note that you are responsible for knowing your countries import laws. We send our items in accordance with local laws and are not responsible for any seizure of items once they have left Australian shores. You take sole responsibility for any legal issues as a result of the importation of our products into your country. 
DOMESTIC RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted on all orders, all the time. If your order does not arrive you will be issued a full refund. In the case of resultant damage to your order during transit or if you are unsatisfied with any or all of your items in your order you will be given the option of a refund (return of the order may or may not be required and any postage costs paid by the merchant and a delivery slip will be provided) and/or the replacement of any damaged or unsatisfactory items free of charge. If you simply change your mind and wish to return your items, and there is not visible or significant damage or notable reason for doing so, then you may return your items for a full refund. In this case postage will be paid for by the purchaser and a full refund for the total value of the returned items sans postage costs will be issued upon receival. In all cases customers have a 30 day period from the time of purchase to actuate a return with the merchant. During the holiday period from the 20th to the 31st of December the return window is extended to 40 days. In the case that a physical return of the order is required by the customer, the order will need to be received by the merchant within this period.
